Yes, you can purchase extra credits to use as a backup. If you run out of your subscription credits, we will use these backup credits to run your reports. If you do not use these credits up, they will carry them onto the next month, unlike the recurring subscription credits.
To purchase more credits, click the ‘Buy Credits’ button in a Local Search Grid report.
If you regularly keep running out of credits and don't want to keep manually buying more, you can purchase bundles of Local Search Grid credits from the 'Addons' page. Making it easy for you to customize the number of credits you get every month.
Simply click on the Profile Avatar and select 'Addons' from the dropdown.
On the next page, scroll down until you see the Local Search Grid credit bundles available and choose the one you want by clicking the 'Add to Plan' button next to it.
Enter your Security Code and then confirm your purchase in the popup that appears.
These credits are renewed at the start of every month. Unused credits do not rollover.
