Can I customize the 'Key Citations' tab in a Citation Tracker report?

Yes — you can remove citations from the report, or decide what shows as a Key Citation in order to customize your report.

How to customize the Key and Live Citations tabs:

Select the checkbox(es) to the left of the directories you want to remove (shown below within the red box) or, if you would like to remove all directories in this table, select the very top checkbox.

Click on the 'Bulk Actions' button in the top right-hand corner, which will reveal two options: 'Unmark / Mark as Key Citations' and 'Archive from report' — indicated below within the red box.

Unmark / Mark as Key Citations

By selecting this option, the citation will no longer show in the 'Key Citations' tab and will only be visible within the 'Live Citation' tab. This option is great if you feel the citation is still worth noting but it's not one of your main priorities. Should you wish to reinstate it, the citation can be located within the 'Live Citation' tab and, using the same Bulk Actions button, you can 'Mark as a Key Citation'.

Archive from report

This option can be selected in any tab to archive a citation and move it to the 'Archive table'. If a citation shows here, it will not show on your white-label reports (PDF or external URL reports) or in any summary stats. To bring it back, select the citation from within the archive table (using the checkbox) and click the 'Unarchive' button.
