We will display a listing (i.e. a 'citation') on your report if it's found on a directory which we believe is for your business.
If the listing is incorrect (or displays incorrect information), there are a few steps you can take to manage your listings, depending on the situation:
Listing displays incorrect information
You are unable to update the actual information contained on a listing from within the Citation Tracker report. In order to update listings with correct information, you have the following two options:
1. Fix them yourself on the directories by visiting the citation directly from your report. Simply click the 'View Citation' icon in the 'Actions' column. You can then manually claim and edit the listing directly on the citation site, and update any incorrect data.
2. Create a Citation Builder campaign and we’ll fix them for you. Just click on the pink 'Create Citation Campaign' button at the top of your report, purchase a campaign, and our team of citation submission experts will take care of your edits and submissions.
Please note: Each listing updated or created incurs a cost of $3.

Listing displayed is not for my business
It's possible that we identified a listing that isn't actually your business. This happens more frequently with popular business names, or if the name contains common terms (e.g. 'Chicago Plumbers, Inc.').
To learn more about why this might happen, and what to do, read our FAQ: Why is there a different business's listing in my Citation Tracker report?
