Citation Tracker and Citation Builder are two different products and services that are not connected.
Citation Tracker is an automated audit report, whereas Citation Builder is a service that we provide to create new citations for you.
The information and notes from Citation Tracker do not feed into Citation Builder, and Citation Builder does not dynamically pull in anything from Citation Tracker when you start a Citation Builder campaign.
Citation Tracker does, however, pull in any new citations you have made on Citation Builder if the report is rerun.
The only way the two are connected is via the pink 'Create Citation Campaign' button you'll see in your Citation Tracker report.

What is Citation Tracker?
This is a report that locates and audits a business’s citations by reporting on where the location is listed and which data is displayed (on Key Citation sites only).
It also audits competitors to find new citation opportunities — known as 'Competitor Citations', and is designed to audit and then manage / organize the citations of the location.
This report is 100% automated and can be scheduled to update every week or month.
What is Citation Builder?
This is a service offered by BrightLocal to clean up and create more citations for you.
We do this by manually claiming, updating, and creating listings directly on the citation sites you want us to.
Due to the manual nature of this service, a cost of $3 applies for every listing we update or create.
