What's the difference between 'Scheduled Reports' and 'Searches' in Citation Tracker?

Modified on Mon, 17 Apr, 2023 at 1:27 AM

Citation Tracker uses two different types of credits to track usage of citation reports in your account: 'Search' credits and 'Scheduled Report' credits.

Search credits

A 'Search' credit is used up when you:

a) Add a new report and it runs for the first time
b) Manually re-run an existing report in your account

Depending on the plan you are on, you will have a different amount of 'Search' credits:

  • Single Business Plan: 10 / month
  • Multi Business Plan: 30 / month
  • SEO Pro Plan: 100 / month

'Search' credits renew on the first day of every month.

Scheduled Report credits

'Scheduled Reports' are ranking reports which you set to automatically update every week or month.

Depending on your chosen plan, you will have a different number of 'Scheduled Reports' you can have in your account:

  • Single Business Plan: Three reports
  • Multi Business Plan: Six reports
  • SEO Pro Plan: 50 reports

You are unable to exceed the number of 'Scheduled Reports' in your plan unless you buy 'Addon' credits for additional 'Scheduled Reports'.
